摘要 润滑油在高温、搅动的工作条件下常常会产生气泡,过多的气泡会造成润滑油不能正常发挥润滑和散热等作用。本文简要阐述了润滑油发泡原因及危害,列举了三种常用的消泡方法及消泡机理,介绍了常见消泡剂种类,并对其进行了展望。 Lubricating oil often generates bubbles under high temperature and agitated working conditions. Excessive bubbles may cause the lubricating oil to fail to function properly in lubrication and heat dissipation. Therefore, the lubricating oil should have good anti-foaming performance. This article briefly describes the causes and hazards of lubricating oil foaming. It lists three commonly used defoaming methods and defoaming mechanisms. It introduces the common antifoaming agents and looks forward to them.
