Discussion on Finance Major Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational College Under New Situation

在金融行业转型升级的新形势下,高职金融教育暴露出课程设置陈旧、岗位对接不足、综合素质培养薄弱等问题。本文查找高职金融专业教育在当前发展形势下的症结,围绕人才培养方向、课程体系改革、教师队伍建设、课堂教学实践、校企合作创新等人才培养要素,提出了一系列改进的思路与建议。

Under the new situation where finance industry began to transform and upgrade,a series of problems in finance education in higher vocational college have revealed,such as out-of-date curriculum,lack of comprehensive quality cultivation,etc. The paper,beginning from problems in financial education in higher vocational college at present,puts forward a series of ideas and suggestions to perfect it from any aspects,including talent training,curriculum system reform,teaching staff team construction,teaching practice,co-op innovation.
