造船龙门起重机起升钢丝绳更换工艺

摘要 根据900t造船龙门起重机起升机构钢丝绳的缠绕形式,设计的一套主起升钢丝绳更换工艺,并对方案中的关键环节进行了受力分析和校核,保证了方案的可靠性和安全性。此工艺已成功应用在工程实践中。不仅节约了成本且大大提高了工作效率,有很好的可操作性。 This paper designs a set of main hoisting wire rope replacement technology according to the winding form of hoisting mechanism wire rope of 900 t shipbuilding gantry crane,and makes stress analysis and check on the key links in the scheme to ensure the reliability and safety of the scheme.This process has been successfully applied in engineering practice.Not only has the cost been saved,but also the working efficiency has been greatly improved,with good operability.
