摘要
本文基于钢制前副车架设计出了一款铝合金前副车架,该铝合金前副车架采用三段式铸件拼焊的结构形式,不仅能够满足耐久台架试验要求,而且达到了减重34%的效果。同时,通过CAE分析与台架应变片试验的对比,验证了该设计分析方法的准确性,对后续铝合金底盘件的开发有借鉴意义。
In this paper,an aluminium alloy front subframe is designed based on the steel front subframe.The front subframe adopts three-section tailor-welded structure,it not only meets the requirements of durable bench test,but also achieves the effect of 34% weight loss.At the same time,by comparing the CAE analysis with the bench strain gauge test,the accuracy of the design and analysis method is verified,which can be used as a reference for the development of subsequent aluminum alloy chassis parts.
