针对本工厂的生产现状,分析了发动机缸体顶面缺陷类型,并探讨了其产生的机理,通过改善铁液纯净度、优化顶面溢流冒口、改善浇注系统,较好地解决了顶面的渣孔缺陷。

To the factory production at present,the engine at the top of the cylinder block defect types are analyzed,and discussed its mechanism,by improving the purity of molten irons,optimization of top surface overflow riser and improving pouring system,better solved the hole defects on the surface of the top slag.
