烟支滤嘴夹末的控制

ZJ19卷接机组在生产过程中,烟支在鼓轮上交接时,易造成烟支端部的烟末外泄,形成烟支滤嘴夹末质量缺陷。为了控制滤嘴夹末质量缺陷烟支的数量,项目组采用分析法、实验法等方法,自主设计一套吸风装置,对“烟组”中心线附近飞溅的烟末,以负压吸风的方式予以清除。本吸风装置采用电器控制、正压伺服、机械动作、负压除末的原理,完成对烟末的清除,极大地降低烟支滤嘴夹末质量缺陷的比率,保证了产品质量。

During the production process of the ZJ19 coiling unit,the cigarette end is easy to cause the end of smoke at the end of the drum.The end of the cigarette will be wrapped inside or outside the tipping paper,forming a quality defect of cigarette filter tip.In order to control the quantity of cigarette end quality defects,the project group uses analysis and experimental etc method.Independently designed and worked out a set of air suction device,to cut off the smoke end of the "smoke group" near the center line of the "smoke group" and the negative pressure suction Fang Shiqing.The purpose of controlling the quality defects of cigarette filter tip is achieved.The suction device adopts the principle of electrical control,positive pressure servo,mechanical action and negative pressure eliminating the end,and completes the cleaning of the smoke end by the suction device.The quantity of cigarette end quality defects rate is reduced.The product quality is assured.
