摘要
原75t/h锅炉掺烧沼气燃烧系统采用简易圆形管直喷口,且采用手动闸阀作为切断沼气供应的手段,避免了易熄火、停电或熄火后不能及时切断沼气供应的安全隐患。介绍了该技术改造采用的具有快速切断功能的沼气自动控制系统设计配置,采用能稳定沼气燃烧的内混式燃烧器的性能和结构。提出实现锅炉安全掺烧沼气需要配置自动切断装置,防止熄火或断电时沼气继续进入锅炉内部,且需配置能稳定燃烧的燃烧器。
The original 75 t/h boiler mixed-fired methane combustion system uses circular direct nozzle and manual gate valve as a means of cutting off the supply of methane.It is easy to extinguish,and it can not cut off the supply of methane in time after power failure or extinguishing.The design and configuration of the biogas automatic control system with fast cut-off function and the performance and structure of the internal mixing burner which can stabilize the combustion of biogas are introduced.It is pointed out that in order to realize safe mixing of methane in boilers,an automatic cut-off device is needed to prevent the methane from entering the boilers when the flameout or power failure occurs,and a burner capable of stabilizing combustion is needed.
