摘要
结合MQ1630门座式起重机参数及结构特点,运输与交付成本的分析,将门座式起重机分成上下两个部分通过海路运输交付。选取了合理的运输船,设计了海运绑扎方案,并进行设计优化,最后采用有限元软件对海运绑扎方案进行强度校核。节省了运输的成本、提高了效率与安全性,为同类产品运输提供了参考。
This arcticle analysis the MQ1630 crane parameters,structural characteristics,transportation and delivery cost.The gantry crane is divided into two parts and delivered by sea.The reasonable transport ship is selected,the marine binding scheme is designed and the optimized.Finally,finite element software is used to check the strength of marine lashing scheme.It saves the cost of transportation,improves the efficiency and safety,and provides a reference for the transportation of similar products.
