座椅调角器盘簧断裂原因分析

Analysis on the Fracture of Spring of Seat Angle Regulator

某座椅厂在座椅下线时发现调角器盘簧断裂,通过对其进行化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验和断口分析,对其断裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:该调角器盘簧表面存在多条细小裂纹,裂纹导致盘簧强度降低,在外力的作用下发生断裂。细小裂纹是导致其断裂的根本原因,最后对此提出了相应的改进措施和建议。

A seat factory found that the angle adjuster spring was fractured in the seat production line.Through chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination and fracture analysis,the fracture causes were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that there were many small cracks on the spring surface.This will lead to the reduction of spring strength and fracture under external force.Fine cracks are the root cause of its fracture,and corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.
