摘要
通过对70余篇与企业管理创新相关的SSCI及CSSCI文献进行样本归类,分别从企业家个体、团队及组织三个层面,对国内外管理创新的影响因素及作用途径研究进行了分析并展开评述,旨在对企业管理创新影响因素及影响机理的现有研究进行系统概述并提出未来研究方向。
Through classifying more than 70 SSCI and CSSCI documents related to enterprise management innovation, this paper analyzes and comments on the influencing factors and action ways of management innovation at home and abroad from three levels of entrepreneur individual, team and organization, aiming at systematically summarizing the existing research on the influencing factors and influence mechanism and proposing future research directions.
