摘要
以某乡镇生活污水为研究对象,采用改良型生物转盘一体化设备处理工艺,叙述其工作原理、技术特点和调试流程.运行结果表明,COD,NH3-N和TP的去除率分别达到71.3%,52%,80%以上,出水水质可稳定达到GB 18918-2002一级A排放标准.系统运行及维护简单,产泥量小,能耗低,适用于乡镇生活污水处理.
The domestic sewage of township were treated by using improved rotating biological contactor integrated equipment. Its working principle, technical characteristics and debugging process were studied further. The operation results showed that the removal rates of COD, NH3-N and TP, reaching more than 71.3%, 52% and 80% respectively ,and the effluent quality could stably meet the first level A standard of GB 18918-2002. The system of improved rotating biological contactor integrated equipment, was suitable for domestic sewage treatment of the township,with simple operation and maintenance, low sludge production simultaneously and low energy consumption.
