摘要
针对需要实时监控产品质量与设备状态的带缓冲退化生产系统的设备维护问题,本文提出综合考虑控制图及缓冲区的串行生产系统维护建模方法。采用均值控制图对上游设备的生产过程进行监控,根据过程状态采取反应性维护策略,下游瓶颈设备采取状态维护,并以瓶颈设备的预防维护作为机会维护决策点,建立以检测的产品批量,控制图控制限参数,状态维护阈值,机会维护阈值以及缓冲区大小为决策变量的成本模型。通过数值实验分析表明该建模方法可有效协调过程监控与维护策略,相较于传统维护策略能显著降低生产成本。
For a deteriorating serial production system with intermediate buffer,a maintenance strategy modeling method considering both the control chart and buffer is proposed to monitor the quality of products and status of equipment in real time.The mean control chart was applied to the upstream equipment to monitor its production process,and the reactive maintenance strategy was adopted according to the state of the process.The downstream bottleneck equipment adopted condition-based maintenance,which served as the opportunistic maintenance decision point.A cost model was established,whereby the decision variables comprised the product batches tested,control limit parameters of control chart,condition-based maintenance threshold,opportunistic maintenance threshold,and buffer size.The numerical analysis results indicate that the proposed modeling method effectively coordinates process monitoring and maintenance strategies,and significantly reduces production costs compared with the traditional maintenance strategies.
