国家粮食安全战略视域下新型农民队伍建设的构建路径分析

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,国家致力于改善“三农”问题,始终把农业发展作为全党工作的重中之重。农民是农业发展的引导者和促进者,为了进一步扩大农业发展,必须与时俱进,构建新型农民队伍,为保障国家粮食安全、实现农业转型提供人才保障。基于此,本文对国家粮食安全战略视域下新型农民队伍建设的构建路径进行了分析,希望能为相关工作人员提供理论借鉴。
