2017年10月16日,中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会发布了《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》(RB/T214-2017)等五项涉及检验检测机构资质认定评审和管理的认证认可行业标准。文章对该通用要求与《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》(2016)的区别及新增要求进行了解读,便于检验检测机构完善相应的管理体系并确保资质认定工作的顺利进行。

On October 16,2017, CNCA issued the"Competence assessment for inspection body and laboratory mandatory approval-General Requirements for inspection body and laboratory"(RB/T 214-2017)and five other industry standards for assesssment of mandatory approval of inspection body and laboratory.This paper interprets the difference and additional requirements between the general requirements and the "The assessment criteria for mandatory approval of inspection body and laboratory"(2016), so as to facilitate the inspection body and laboratory to perfect the corresponding management system and ensure the smooth progress of assesssment of mandatory approval.
