摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为云服务用户信息存储和共享行为研究提供参考。[方法/过程]采取开放式问卷获取云服务用户信息存储和共享行为的影响因素,并结合用户采纳理论中的UTAUT模型理论和云服务使用的主要障碍,构建云服务情境下用户信息存储和共享行为的理论模型。[结果/结论]云安全和隐私问题对信息存储和共享行为没有显著影响,同辈效应的影响是用户信息存储和共享行为的重要决定因素。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for the study on cloud service user information storage and sharing behavior.[Method/process] The paper uses open-ended questionnaire to obtain the influencing factors of cloud service user information storage and sharing behavior, builds a theoretical model of user information storage and sharing behavior in the context of cloud service by combining UTAUT model of user adoption theory and major barriers of cloud service.[Result/conclusion] Cloud security and privacy issues have no significant influence on information storage and sharing behavior, and the influence of peer effect is an important determinant of user information storage and sharing behavior.
