Study on Part-time Job Information Searching Behavior of College Students

[目的/意义]旨在为兼职信息查询相关研究及服务提供参考。[方法/过程]通过问卷调查,从信息需求、信息意识、信息源的选择、信息查寻方式、查寻习惯及查寻行为的影响因素等方面分析大学生兼职信息查寻行为。[结果/结论]大学生信息需求和信息意识比较强,主要通过搜索引擎获取大型综合性网站兼职信息,信息搜索关注兼职类型、兼职薪资和兼职地点,影响大学生选择网站的主要因素是网站更新是否及时、信息收录是否全面,提出提高大学生信息意识,加强大学生信息查寻能力,建立兼职信息共建共享平台等建议。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to propose references for related research and service of part-time job information searching.[Method/process] Based on questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes part-time job information searching needs of college students from aspects of influencing factors, such as information needs, information consciousness, choice of information source, information search mode, search habit and search behavior.[Result/conclusion] The college students have strong information needs and information awareness, and they mainly use search engines to obtain part-time job information through large-scale comprehensive websites. Information search is focused on part-time job types, part-time salary and part-time location, whether the website is updated timely and whether the information is collected comprehensively are the main factors affecting college students’ choice of websites. In addition, Suggestions are given from several aspects, such as improving college students’ information awareness, strengthening their information searching ability, and establishing a part-time job information sharing platform.
