摘要
综述了奶及奶制品中乳糖的检测方法的研究进展,包括传统的重量法、红外光谱法、分光光度法、差分p H和酶法等以及新型的高效液相色谱法,并对各个方法的原理及其应用情况进行了阐述。
This paper reviewed the research progress on detection Methods of lactose in milk and dairy products,including traditional gravimetric Method,infrared spectroscopy,spectrophotometry,differential pH and enzymatic Method,and new high performance liquid chromatography.The principles and applications of each Method were also described.
