摘要
阳春新钢铁通过淘汰性价比变差的非主流矿,合理搭配高硅、低硅铁矿石配比,开展烧结杯实验确定烧结矿适宜SiO 2含量,提高烧结矿碱度,调整熔剂结构,合理配入高镁磁铁精粉,实施厚料层烧结等措施,将烧结矿SiO 2含量降低至4.5%-4.8%,同时保持了较好的烧结产质量指标。
Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. reduced SiO 2 content of sinter to 4.5%-4.8% by eliminating non-mainstream ore with worse performance-price ratio, and rationally mixing with high silicon and low silicon iron ore. The sintering cup experiments were conducted to determine the appropriate SiO 2 content of sinter, improve sinter basicity, adjust flux structure,reasonably mix high-magnesium magnet concentrate powder and implement thick-bed sintering, while good sintering output and quality indicators were maintained.
