莱钢小方坯连铸机二次冷却工艺优化

摘要 介绍了莱钢小方坯连铸机二次冷却工艺优化过程。通过分析二次冷却工艺存在的问题,设计了基于参数控制的一元二次曲线配水模型,优化了喷嘴型号、喷淋集管,铸坯冷却均匀性得到显著改善,有效解决了小方坯脱方、角裂质量问题。 The optimization process of secondary cooling process for billet caster in Laiwu Steel was introduced. By analyzing the problems of secondary cooling process, a one-dimensional quadratic curve water distribution model based on parameter control was designed. The nozzle type and spray header were optimized. The cooling uniformity of billet was improved significantly, and the quality problems of billet squaring and corner crack were effectively solved.
