摘要
阳春新钢铁通过统计分析入炉有害元素负荷变化与高炉稳产对应关系,得出高炉稳产与入炉有害元素负荷密切相关,并研究了有害元素在高炉炉内形成富集现象的主要原因及其影响因素,从而制订并实施源头控碱、切断循环、工艺排碱的入炉有害元素系统治理方案。
Through statistical analysis of the corresponding relationship between the load change with harmful elements in blast furnace and the stable production of blast furnace, Yangchun New Iron and Steel has come to the conclusion that the stable production of blast furnace is closely related to the load of harmful elements in blast furnace, and has studied the main reasons for the accumulation of harmful elements in blast furnace and its influencing factors, so as to formulate and implement a systematic treatment scheme of harmful elements in blast furnace with source alkali control, cut off circulation and technologically discharge alkali.
