摘要
介绍一种去除高炉鼓风中的水分、回收脱湿后鼓风的冷量、使高炉鼓风机进入空气的湿度降低到最佳操作所要求的数值并保持稳定的冷回收鼓风脱湿技术,以及韶钢7号高炉进行冷回收鼓风脱湿技术改造的主要内容和应用冷回收鼓风脱湿技术的效果。
A technology of cold recovery & blasting dehumidification is introduced, which removes moisture from blast furnace, recovers cooling capacity of blast after dehumidification, reduces humidity in air of entering blowers to the required value for optimizing operation and maintaining stability. The main contents of the technical reform of cold recovery & blasting dehumidification for BF #7 at SGIS are introduced, and the application effect of the technology is studied.
