摘要
汽轮发电机组凝汽器管道内壁结垢带来的问题困扰着电厂的安全、经济运行。韶钢对比了目前常用的防除垢方法的优缺点,在1台余能发电机组上应用了超声波防除垢技术,解决了凝汽器结垢的问题,收到了较好的改造效果。
Scaling on the inner wall of condenser pipes of turbogenerator sets is a problem that puzzles the safe and economic operation of power plant. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used anti-scaling methods at present, SGIS has applied the ultrasonic anti-scaling technology to a residual energy generating unit, which solved the problem of condenser scaling, and achieved good reformed results.
