冠心病目前已成为危害人类健康的一大杀手,尤其是在发生心肌梗死后,预后更差,死亡率更高,早诊断早治疗可以改善预后和减少并发症。而颈动脉超声和运动平板一直都在冠心病的诊断中扮演着重要的角色,本文就颈动脉超声与运动平板检查在冠心病诊断中的应用作一综述。

Coronary artery disease has become a major killer of human health. Especially after myocardial infarction, the prognosis is worse and the mortality rate is higher. Early diagnosis and early treatment can improve the prognosis and reduce complications. Carotid ultrasound and treadmill exercise have always played an important role in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. This article further elaborates the application of carotid ultrasound and treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
