摘要
目的:探讨高电压刺激治疗慢性下肢静脉性溃疡(chronic venous leg ulcer,CVLU)的临床效果。方法:60例住院治疗的CVLU患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。两组均行手术治疗,术后高电压刺激组患者给予高电压刺激治疗及常规换药,对照组患者仅行常规换药,比较两组治疗后的溃疡完全愈合率、溃疡面积以及渗液量和肉芽组织生长情况。结果:治疗4周后,高电压刺激组患者的溃疡完全愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周及4周时,高电压刺激组患者的溃疡面积均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组患者的溃疡渗液量均较多,且肉芽组织生长不明显。治疗2周后,肉眼可观察到两组患者的溃疡面渗液量均逐渐减少,以高电压刺激组患者渗液量减少更明显,且颜色较黄且粘稠;两组均观察到肉芽组织及上皮组织生长,以高电压刺激组患者更为明显。结论:高电压刺激治疗CVLU的临床效果显著,能够加速溃疡创面愈合。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of High-voltage pulse stimulation for the treatment of Chronic venous lower extremity ulcer(Chronic venous lower extremity ulcer, CVLU). Methods: Sixty patients in our department with CVLU were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 30 cases each. Two groups were performed surgical treatment, patients of trial gave high-voltage pulse stimulation treatment and routine dress, and control group patients gave only routine treatment. Ulcers healed completely rate, ulcer area and drainage quantity and granulation tissue growth were analysis to evaluate the effectiveness. Results: After 4 weeks treatment, the high-voltage pulse stimulation group of patients with ulcer healed completely rate is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, the high-voltage pulse stimulation group of patients with ulcer were significantly less than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 1 week after treatment, two groups of patients with ulcer drainage quantity are more, and granulation tissue growth is not obvious. 2 weeks after treatment, all patients with ulcer surface drainage are gradually reduced, and the high-voltage pulse stimulation group reduced the volume of drainage is more obvious, and the color is yellow and thick. Granulation tissue and epithelial tissue growth were observed in two groups, and the high-voltage pulse stimulation group patients is more apparent. Conclusion: Clinical effectiveness of high-voltage pulse stimulation CVLU, accelerate wound healing, is significant.
