运动对骨细胞分化与调节相关性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨细胞是运动系统的重要组成部分,是执行人体机械运动的重要感受细胞。其具有新陈代谢和生长发育的特点,其内部在不断地更新再生,如骨细胞分化与调节。骨细胞分化与调节是调节骨细胞活性的重要因子,具有双面性;参与骨组织重建,同时也是骨代谢疾病的发病机制之一,其可诱导骨细胞数量减少、骨组织结构的改变。本文简述了运动产生的机械张力与骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、骨细胞和破骨细胞分化与调节间的关系,及对骨细胞分化与调节的影响,以期为运动促进骨健康、骨重建提供理论依据。 Osteocyte is an important part of the motion system and an important sensory cell to perform the mechanical movement of human body. It has the characteristics of metabolism and growth and development, and its internal renewal and regeneration, such as osteocyte differentiation and regulation. Osteocyte differentiation and regulation is an important factor regulating the activity of osteocytes, and it has two sides. It is involved in bone tissue reconstruction and is also one of the pathogenesis of bone metabolic diseases. It can induce the reduction of osteocytes and the change of bone tissue structure. The relationship between mechanical tension induced by exercise and differentiation and regulation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and osteoclasts, and the effect of exercise on differentiation and regulation of bone cells were briefly described. Through the mechanical tension produced by exercise, the differentiation and regulation of osteocytes were prospected, in order to provide theoretical basis for promoting bone health and bone reconstruction by exercise.
