新中国成立70年,特别是改革开放40年来,中国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。经济总量稳步提升的同时,发展质量不断改善。社会主义市场经济体制建立过程中,政府宏观调控的能力和水平不断增强。经济改革不断呈现出渐进性、引领性、创新性等明显特征。经济改革之所以取得巨大成功,源于我国始终坚持生产力标准原则,始终贯彻以人为本理念,始终重构政府与市场的关系,始终坚持正确利益导向,始终遵循社会主要矛盾变化规律。

In the 70 years since the founding of New China, and especially in the 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s economic development has achieved remarkable achievements. While the total economic output has steadily improved,the quality of development has been continuously improved, and the government’s ability and level of macro-control have been continuously strengthened during the establishment of the socialist market economic system. In the course of economic reform, there are obvious features such as gradualism,leadership and innovation. The great success of economic reform stems from our adherence to the principle of productivity standards,the people- oriented approach,the restructuring of the relationship between the government and the market, the correct orientation of interests and the changing laws of major social contradictions.
