摘要
高校科研人员作为研究科技前沿的主体,是提升国家科技实力和综合国力的重要力量。高校科研人员的身份、工作性质以及工作内容相对较为复杂,传统的科研人员考核方式难以满足对高校科研人员的考核需要。应用层次分析法,不断进行等级量化,对高校科研人员绩效进行深入分析,从高校科研人员的工作环境、素质技能、工作业绩、责任态度进行考核,得出影响高校科研人员绩效的各项因素,并提出解决措施。
As the main body of research and technology frontier, scientific research personnel in colleges and universities are an important competitive force to enhance the national scientific and technological strength and comprehensive national strength. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper combines with the current human resources management theory of colleges and universities to construct the performance evaluation index system of university researchers. On the basis of AHP, the author analyzes the performance of university researchers. The factors affecting the performance of scientific research personnel in universities and their solutions are continuously quantified, so as to seek a better human resource management dimension. Finally, the scientific methods and techniques for the performance evaluation model of university researchers are obtained.
