摘要 培训方式组合指的是在培训中对培训形式与培训方法的整合与配置。培训技术指的是培训方法的具体运用和运用中体现出的经验、知识,以及操作技巧。培训方式组合与培训技术应用包括培训场所与实训室建设、培训方式的选择与应用、课堂研讨与小组技术的运用以及培训流程设计等方面。培训场所与实训室是实施培训方式、完成培训项目的物质载体;培训方式是一系列非常灵活的学习方式,有多种表现形式,可以满足学员多样性的学习要求;课堂研讨与小组技术则是一种以学员为主体、以教师为指导的参与式和互动式的培训模式;而通过培训流程的利用,可以把不同学习类型的学员融入整个培训环节中去,从而发挥更大的培训功效。 The combination of training methods refers to the integration and configuration of training forms and methods in training. Training technology refers to the experience, knowledge and operation skills embodied in the specific application and application of training methods. The combination of training methods and the application of training technologies include the construction of training places and training rooms, the selection and application of training methods, the application of classroom discussions and group technologies, and the design of training processes. Training places and training rooms are the material carriers for implementing training methods and completing training programs. Training methods are a series of very flexible learning methods, with various forms of expression, which can meet the diverse learning requirements of students. Classroom discussion and group technology is a participatory and interactive training mode with students as the main body and teachers as the guidance. However, through the use of the training process, students of different learning types can be integrated into the whole training process so as to play a greater role in training.
