摘要 近年来,我国大力发展清洁能源,太阳能光伏发电发展得尤为迅速,但太阳能光伏发电板随着使用时间的增长,表面附着的灰尘会大大地降低光伏板的透光率,降低发电效率。因此,需要对光伏板进行定期清洁。文章设计了一种新型太阳能自动清洁装置,将原有的矩形光伏发电板改造为扇形光伏板,使得清洁装置更加便捷;在光伏板表面镀上PDMS膜,PDMS膜具有很好的透光度,能够在光伏板表面形成一层疏水层,使得灰尘不易附着,并且便于清洁。清洁机械臂则采用了汽车挡风玻璃清洁装置的设计原理,利用单个步进电机以及滑动导轨组合而成,既可以降低成本,又能够达到较好的清洁效果。并且在光伏板四周设计了清洁废液回收槽,可以将使用过后的清洁液回收,避免了其对环境的污染。 In recent years, China has made great efforts to develop clean energy, and the development of solar photovoltaic power generation is particularly rapid. However, with the growth of the use time of solar photovoltaic power generation panels, dust attached to the surface will greatly reduce the transmittance of photovoltaic panels and reduce the efficiency of power generation. Therefore, the photovoltaic panels need to be cleaned regularly. In this paper, a new type of solar automatic cleaning device is designed, which transforms the original rectangular photovoltaic panel into a fan-shaped photovoltaic panel, making the cleaning device more convenient. The PDMS film is plated on the surface of the photovoltaic panel. The PDMS film has a good light transmittance and can form a hydrophobic layer on the surface of the photovoltaic panel, making the dust not easy to adhere and easy to clean. The cleaning arm adopts the design principle of car windscreen cleaning device, which is composed of a single stepper motor and sliding guide rail, which can not only reduce the cost, but also achieve better cleaning effect. Moreover, a clean waste liquid recycling tank is designed around the photovoltaic panel, which can recycle the used clean waste liquid and avoid its pollution to the environment.
