Research on establishing science and technology service platform and promoting the integration of science and technology resources in Xuzhou

在科技资源统筹研究的必要性、现状等基础上,文章借鉴西安市和江苏省建设科技资源统筹中心的经验,结合本地科技发展实际,探索研究徐州统筹科技资源的发展路径和具体政策措施,包括建设资源共享式服务平台、搭建科研信息交流服务平台等。

On the basis of the necessity and current situation of research on the overall planning of science and technology resources, drawing lessons from the experience of Xi’an and Jiangsu province in the construction of science and technology resource coordination center, and combining with the reality of local scientific and technological development, this paper explores and studies the development path and specific policies and measures of Xuzhou’s overall planning of scientific and technological resources,including building a resource-sharing service platform, setting up a scientific research information exchange service platform, etc.
