With the integration of information technology and teaching, paper-based teaching resources have been transformed into multimedia teaching resources. How to manage and publish multimedia teaching resources is particularly important. Therefore, according to the actual needs, this paper puts forward the key technologies of multimedia teaching resources management and publishing, and constructs a multimedia teaching resources management and publishing system.
