摘要
针对传统热量表存在传输繁琐、计量精度低等缺点,设计了一种基于ZigBee的超声波热量表。该热量表在传输方式上采用ZigBee无线传输,利用超声波时差法和铂电阻传感器采集流体的流量值以及温度等参数,根据相应算法计算出流体的热量值。试验结果表明,系统能根据测得的流量值和温度值计算出流体的热量值,且对水温的测量精度高,测量相对误差小于0.1%;系统对流量测量的相对误差小于2%;测量传输距离远,达700 m,满足设计需求。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional heat meter such as cumbersome transmission and low measurement accuracy, a ZigBee-based ultrasonic heat meter was designed. ZigBee wireless transmission was adopted in the transmission mode of this heat meter. Ultrasonic moveout method and platinum resistance sensor were used to collect the flow value, temperature and other parameters of the fluid. The heat value of the fluid was calculated according to the corresponding algorithm. The actual test results show that the system can calculate the heat value of the fluid according to the measured flow value and temperature value, and the measurement accuracy of water temperature is high, and the relative error of measurement is less than 0.1%. The relative error of flow measurement is less than 2%. Measurement transmission distance is long, up to 700 m, to meet the design requirements.
