摘要
为了实现对安装于核电领域报警器运行状态的监测,提出了一种基于G3-PLC的报警器状态数据采集和传输系统。该系统通过声音传感器对报警器工作时的声音频率进行检测判断,并依次通过电力线载波通信和以太网通信,将监测结果数据从报警器侧可靠传输到上位机侧。对整个系统的整体架构、数据集中器、检测模块分别进行了软硬件的介绍。通过实验测试,验证了系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to monitor the operating status of the alarm which was installed in the nuclear power plant,a system which can realize the collection and transmission of alarm state data based on G3-PLC was designed.The sound sensor was used to detect and judge the frequency of sound when the alarm device was working,and the monitoring result data from the alarm side to the computer side can be effectively transmitted through power line communications and Ethernet.Separately,the hardware and software of the overall architecture,data concentrators,and detection modules of the entire system were introduced.A testing experiment was conducted,it was verified that the system has high stability and reliability.
