摘要
为了解决汽油辛烷值检测成本高、准确度低等缺点,设计了一种基于电容传感器的汽油辛烷值检测系统。该检测系统以微处理器为控制核心,利用电容传感器测量汽油的介电常数,通过建立汽油辛烷值与介电常数的关系式,从而根据测得的介电常数反推出汽油的辛烷值。测试结果表明,设计的检测系统能有效检测出不同汽油的介电常数,并能根据介电常数计算得到汽油的辛烷值。系统对汽油辛烷值的检测相对误差小于2%。
In order to solve the shortcomings of high cost and low accuracy of gasoline octane detection,a gasoline octane detection system based on capacitive sensor was designed.The detection system used a microprocessor as the control core,and used a capacitive sensor to measure the dielectric constant of gasoline.By establishing a relationship between the octane number of the gasoline and the dielectric constant,the octane number of the gasoline was reversed based on the measured dielectric constant.The actual test results show that the detection system designed in this paper can effectively detect the dielectric constant in different gasolines,and can calculate the octane number of gasoline based on the dielectric constant.The relative error of gasoline octane detection is less than 2%.
