摘要 针对传统ECT电容传感器相邻极板间存在耦合电容,因干扰电容引起电容测量时噪声值的问题,提出了一种带差分电极的新型传感器系统,差分电极添加到测量电极与屏蔽罩之间,差分电极与测量电极通过同一圆心排列,测量电极之间不需加隔离电极,通过对差分电极激励消除测量电极之间的耦合电容。最后通过LBP、Landweber、Tikhonov算法对各个模型进行图像重建,并对重建图像进行误差分析。实验结果表明通过对重建图像进行误差分析和图像相关技术的计算,传感器经过添加差分电极可以使图像误差减小至0.24,图像相关系数提升到0.84,很大幅度改善了成像效果。 In view of the existence of coupling capacitance between the adjacent plates of the conventional ECT capacitance sensor,due to the problem that the noise value was caused by the capacitance measurement caused by the interference capacitance. A novel sensor system with differential electrodes was proposed. The differential electrode was added between the measuring electrode and the shield. The differential electrode and the measuring electrode were arranged in the same center,and no isolation electrode was required between the measuring electrodes. The coupling capacitance between the measuring electrodes was eliminated by exciting the differential electrodes. Finally,the images were reconstructed by LBP,Landweber and Tikhonov algorithms,and error analysis was performed on the reconstructed images. The experimental results show that through the error analysis of the reconstructed image and the calculation of the image correlation technique,the sensor can reduce the image error to 0.24 by adding the differential electrode,and the image correlation coefficient can be increased to 0.84,which greatly improves the imaging effect.
