大学生短期支教的现状、问题及对策研究

Research on the present situation,problems and countermeasures of college students'short-term teaching

近年来,以大学生短期支教为主要形式的寒暑期社会实践活动蓬勃发展,这不仅为教育落后地区获取更多教育资源拓宽了渠道,也积极鼓励在校大学生投入其中,回报社会。但由于种种原因,大学生短期支教并未达到其理想的预期效果,并且在学校和学生方面均存在诸多问题。文章将会对大学生短期支教的现状进行梳理以及所反映出的问题进行归纳总结,并结合笔者自身四年的短期支教经历和感悟,针对具体问题具体分析,提出一些切实可行的对策建议。旨在从细小的方面做出努力,逐步改善,最终使问题得以解决,实现大学生短期支教的良性发展。

In recent years,with the short-term teaching of college students as the main form of the cold summer social practice activities vigorous development,which not only for education in the backward areas to obtain more educational resources to broaden the channels,but also actively encourage students in school to invest in, repay the community.But for various reasons,the short-term teaching of college students has not achieved the desired effect,and there are many problems in school and students.This article will comb through the present situation and problems of the short-term teaching of college students,and combine the author's own four-year short-term teaching experience and sentiment,and put forward some feasible suggestions.The aim is to make efforts from small aspects,improve gradually,and finally solve the problem,and realize the benign development of the short-term teaching of college students.
