通窍活血汤治疗气滞血瘀型眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in Treating Dysfunction of Qi and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨通窍活血汤联合尼莫地平治疗气滞血瘀眩晕的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年3月至2017年3月于朝阳市中医院内科住院接受治疗的眩晕症患者60例,通过随机信封法对试验组与对照组进行分组,对照组30例,应用尼莫地平口服治疗方案,试验组30例,应用通窍活血汤联合尼莫地平治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后全血高切黏度、全血低切浓度变化及神经功能缺损评分变化情况。结果气滞血瘀患者应用通窍活血汤联合尼莫地平口服方案后,试验组治疗前后全血高切黏度、全血低切浓度变化及神经功能缺损水平均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型眩晕症患者服用通窍活血汤联合尼莫地平治疗后,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of blood stasis vertigo clinical curative effect observation.Methods 60 cases of vertigo were selected and 30 cases in the control group were treated with nimodipine, and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with the combination of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and nimodipine.The changes of the blood high shear viscosity,the whole blood low cut concentration and the neurological deficit score in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results After the application of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with nimodipine oral regimen in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis,the changes of whole blood high-viscosity,whole-blood low-cut concentration and neurological deficit before and after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type vertigo patients after taking the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with nimodipine has excellent clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
