雷公藤多苷治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病对其细胞因子的影响

Effect of Tripterygium Glycosides on Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy and Its Cytokines

目的探讨雷公藤多苷治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病对其细胞因子的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市友谊医院省内科就诊的80例免疫球蛋白A肾病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取常规治疗,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4及IL-10。结果试验组肿瘤观察指标优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病,可以明显改善患者的细胞因子,改善其临床症状,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycosides on cytokines in immunoglobulin A nephropathy.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian friendship hospital province medical clinic of 80 immunoglobulin A nephropathy patients,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases,adopt regular treatment,treatment group 40 cases,more than in the control group on the basis of using tripterygium wilfordii glycosides treatment,compared two groups of patients with tumor necrosis factor (IFN)- gamma,interleukin (IL)- and IL 2,IL - 4-10.Result The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the immunoglobulin A nephropathy by triptolide can obviously improve the patient's cytokines and improve its clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
