甲状腺功能正常2型糖尿病患者甲状腺激素与血糖波动的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺功能正常的2型糖尿病(T2DM患者甲状腺激素与血糖波动的相关性。方法选取甲状腺功能正常T2DM患者105例,并取糖调节正常者80例作为对照组。2组均接受动态血糖监测,对T3、T4、FT3、FT4、r T3、r T4、TSH、MODD、MAGE、LAGE和Hb Alc变化进行记录,参照Hb Alc水平,分为高水平组(Hb Alc≥6.5%)和低水平组(Hb Alc<6.5%),比较2组血糖波动及甲状腺激素水平。结果相较于对照组,T2DM患者r T3、MODD、MAGE、LAGE和Hb Alc均更高(P<0.05),T3和FT3更低(P<0.05);相较于高水平组,低水平组r T3、MODD、MAGE、LAGE水平更低(P<0.05),T3和FT3更高(P<0.05)。T3、FT3和MODD、MAGE、LAGE和Hb Alc表现为负相关,r T3和MODD、MAGE、LAGE和Hb Alc呈正相关。结论T2DM患者机体T3以及FT3水平降低,r T3水平升高,同时和血糖波动存在密切相关性。
