TAPP与改良Kugel疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效对比

摘要 目的比较腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术(transabdominal preperitoneal,TAPP)与改良Kugegl疝修补术(modified-kugel)在成人腹股沟疝中的临床效果。方法选择2015年3月-2017年3月期间于我院接受治疗的成人腹股沟疝患者56例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组接受改良Kugegl疝修补术治疗,观察组接受TAPP治疗,比较2组患者的手术情况、术后并发症等。结果2组患者手术时间、术后并发症比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后下床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),但手术费用高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 TAPP与改良Kugel疝修补术均为安全有效的手术方式,术前可根据患者及术者实际情况进行选择。
