高职院校工匠型人才培养问题研究

Research on the Cultivation of Craftsman Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校工匠型人才培养存在着学生普遍认同感偏低、办学理念仍以就业为导向、工匠活动认同性不高、教育教学中未融入工匠精神等软实力欠缺,工匠型人才培养缺乏文化引力、内生动力不足、实训设施不足、师资不匹配等问题。需要通过全力营造社会环境与全面营造校园环境以形成系统的工匠型人才培养环境氛围,明晰“匠道”“匠心”与“匠术”工匠型人才的核心要素与培养品行优良的厚德型人才、学无止境的学习型人才、知行合一的实践型人才、精益求精的进取型人才、勇于开拓的创新型人才和娴熟精湛的专业型人才的目标,做好工匠型人才培养规划,通过设立培养专项经费、匹配教学实践条件、提升教师工匠素养等优化工匠型人才培养的供给条件等措施,促进高职院校工匠型人才培养质量的提高。

In the cultivation of craftsman talents there exist a general low sense of identification among students,a lack of soft power such as employment-oriented idea of running a school,low recognition of craftsman activities,and non-integration of craftsmanship in education and teaching.There also exist an insufficient effective supply of cultural attraction,endogenous power and training facilities,and the problem of teacher mismatch for the cultivation of craftsman talents.It is necessary to create a systematic environment for the cultivation of craftsman talents by fully creating a social environment and a comprehensive campus environment,to clarify the core elements of craftsman,originality and craftsmanship,as well as the target of cultivating talents with great virtues,curiousness,practice,enterprise,innovation and profession.In order to improve the quality of the cultivation of craftsman talents in higher vocational colleges,it is required to make a good plan,set up special funds,match teaching practice conditions,and ensure that teachers have craftsman quality,etc.,so as to optimize the supply conditions for craftsman talent training.
