康复医疗资源统计指标体系的构建研究

Construction of Statistical Indicator System for Rehabilitation Medical Resources

目的研究建立康复医疗资源统计指标体系,为评价和掌握区域康复医疗资源提供参考依据。方法采用专家咨询法,对北京市相关机构的关键人员进行深度访谈,遴选20余名专家对拟选用的指标进行筛选,构建康复医疗资源统计指标体系。结果构建的统计指标体系从医疗机构基本情况、康复医学科基本情况、人力资源、医疗设备、服务能力5个方面综合反映康复医疗资源的发展和分布情况,其中包括5个一级指标,41个二级指标及55个三级指标。结论应尽快研究制定康复医疗资源信息收集的有效机制,建立康复医疗资源数据上报的便捷渠道,为管理者提供准确、及时的康复医疗资源状态信息。

Objective To establish a statistical indicator system for rehabilitation medical resources, and provide reference for evaluating and mastering regional rehabilitation medical resources. Methods Expert consultation method and in-depth interviews were conducted with key personnel of relevant institutions in Beijing. More than 20 experts were selected to screen the indicators to be selected and construct a statistical indicator system for rehabilitation medical resources. Results The statistical indicator system comprehensively reflects the development and distribution of rehabilitation medical resources from five aspects: medical institutions, rehabilitation medicine, human resources, medical equipment and service capabilities. There are 5 first-level indicators, 41 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators. Discussion An effective mechanism for collectting information of rehabilitation medical resources should be developed as soon as possible, and a convenient channel for reporting data of rehabilitation medical resources should be established to provide accurate and timely information of rehabilitation medical resources for managers.
