Research on the Key Evaluation Indicators of Health Information Project Management in Beijing

目的设计北京卫生信息化项目管理关键点评价指标。方法通过文献分析法、专家咨询法、主观赋值法,确定指标及权重。结果梳理出以立项管理、采购管理、合同管理、变更管理和验收管理为主,相应重点关键环节为辅的评价指标,初步构建了卫生信息化项目管理关键点评价体系。结论项目管理关键点评价指标能够有效对建设单位的信息化项目建设和管理水平进行评价,是卫生信息化绩效评价指标研究的基础,但需要通过更大范围的实证应用加以检验、完善。

Objective Design the key evaluation indicators of health information project management in Beijing. Methods Indicators and weight were determined through literature analysis, expert consultation, and subjective valuation. Results An evaluation indicator system for health information project management was initially developed mainly based on project management, procurement management, contract management, change management, and acceptance management. Conclusion The key evaluation indicators for project management demonstrate certain innovation and operability, which can effectively evaluate the construction and management level of health information construction project. It is the foundation of research on performance evaluation of health information construction and needs to be tested and improved through a wider range of empirical applications.
