区域内各医疗机构检查检验结果互认系统应用研究

Research on the Application of the Regional Medical Institutions Inspection Result Mutual Recognition System

目的合理、有效地利用卫生资源,减少不必要的重复检查,在区域内各级医院间,推行检查检验结果互认。方法检查、检验互认的实现基于区域医疗平台,采用统一的数据交换标准,通过WebService接口规范,为各级医疗机构提供统一的检查检验报告上传、结果查询、信息共享服务。结果通过检查、检验结果互认,加强区域内医疗机构间的技术交流和相互支持,减少重复检查,提高了医疗服务体系共享程度。结论实施检查、检验结果互认,对于降低医疗费用、简化就医环节、改进医疗服务、体现以人为本的服务理念,具有十分重要意义。

Objective To use medical resources reasonably and effectively, reduce unnecessary or repeated inspections, promote mutual recognition of medical inspection results among all levels of hospitals in the region. Methods The mutual recognition of medical inspection results is based on the regional medical platform. By adopting unified data exchange standard and Web Service interface standard, the platform provides the inspection report uploading, result inquiry and information sharing services for all medical institutions in the region. Results Though the medical inspection result mutual recognition, technical communication and mutual support among medical institutions in the region were strengthened, repeated inspections were reduced, the sharing of medical service was improved. Conclusions The implementation of mutual recognition of medical inspection results is of great significance for reducing medical expenses, simplifying medical procedures, improving medical services and reflecting peopleoriented service concepts.
