秩和比分析在临床路径与信息化相关实施效果评价中的应用

Application of Rank-Sum Ratio Analysis in the Evaluation of Clinical Pathway and Informatizationrelated Implementation Effectiveness

目的对某三级甲等医院相关科室的临床路径实施效果进行综合评价,为临床路径管理提供科学、合理的参考依据。方法通过数据挖掘技术选取代表临床路径实施效果的关键指标和相应指标的权重系数,再应用秩和比法对筛选的指标进行综合评价,并对分档结果进行方差分析。结果根据综合评价的结果将科室分为优、良、中、差4档,各档间的方差分析表明分档具有统计学意义。(F=39.845,P<0.01)结论数据挖掘筛选的指标及权重在临床路径实效效果评价方面更具有客观性和代表性,便于管理者对科室之间的路径实施情况进行横向比较,有利于临床路径的持续改进。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the clinical pathway in the related departments of a third-grade class-A hospital, and to provide a scientific and reasonable reference for the clinical path management. Methods The data mining technology is used to select the key indicators and the weights of the corresponding indicators to represent the effect of the clinical pathway, and then the rank sum ratio method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the selected indicators, and the variance analysis of the results of the classification is carried out. Results Departments were divided into four grades according to the results of comprehensive evaluation. The analysis of variance among different grades showed that the classification had statistical significance.(F=39.845, P<0.01) Conclusion The indicators and weights of data mining and screening are more objectivity and representative in clinical pathway effectiveness evaluation. It is convenient for managers to compare the implementation of the clinical pathway among the departments, which is beneficial to the continuous improvement of the clinical pathway.
