某企业在岗员工健康效用损失研究

摘要 目的预测劳动力人群(企业在岗员工)慢性病、疼痛及不良生活方式导致的健康效用损失值。方法采用可视化模拟标尺评分(VAS)和时间权衡法(TTO)评分作为健康效用值。结果该企业在岗员工VAS健康效用损失值≥0.25的慢性疾病依次是:抑郁症、腰肌劳损、慢性咽炎、十二指肠溃疡、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和胃溃疡;疼痛部位依次是:胸部疼痛、四肢疼痛、头痛、腹部疼痛。结论劳动力人群的人口学特征不同于普通人群,针对不同企业(行业)建立的用VAS健康效用损失预测模型,更符合企业或行业的实际情况。 Objective To predict health utility loss caused by common chronic diseases, pain and unhealthy lifestyle of an enterprise’s on-job employees. Methods Visual analogue scale score(VAS) and time tradeoff score(TTO) were used as health utility values. Results The order of chronic diseases with VAS loss values ≥0.25 were depression, lumbar muscle strain, chronic pharyngitis, duodenal ulcer, COPD and gastric ulcer. The order of pain with VAS loss value ≥0.25 were chest pain, limb pain, headache and stomach pain. Conclusions The demographic characteristics of the labor force are different from those of the general population. The VAS health utility loss predictive model established for a given enterprises(industries) is more accordant with practical circumstances.
