摘要
高职教育兼具高等教育和职业教育的双重属性,现行的教师资格认定制度没有科学地反映高职院校的“类型”特征,这在一定程度上制约着高职教育特色的形成和可持续发展,因此,应尽快建立独立的高职教师资格认定制度,打造具有高职教育特色的教师队伍,提升高职师资队伍建设水平,从而推动我国高职教育可持续发展。
Higher vocational education has the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education. The current teacher qualification system does not scientifically reflect the "type" characteristics of higher vocational colleges, which to some extent restricts the formation and sustainable development of higher vocational education characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an independent qualification system for higher vocational teachers as soon as possible, build up the teachers staff with the characteristics of higher vocational education, improve the construction level of higher vocational teachers, so as to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education in China.
