高职院校图书馆知识创新服务研究

Research on Knowledge Innovation Service in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着计算机科学的发展和网络通信技术的飞跃,数据科学应运而生。在纷繁复杂的数据、信息面前,如果没有人工智能,人们将会束手无策。在大数据背景下,图书馆也面临着新技术和新技能的挑战,作为文献信息中心的图书馆将不再仅仅是文献、信息资源的储藏库,而应顺应潮流,发挥资源优势,担当起图书馆智能服务的职责,即转换到知识创新服务的思路上来。本文从高职院校图书馆出发,结合科技手段和技术,分析当前知识创新服务的问题和现状,提出高职院校图书馆知识创新服务要加强馆员的素养和能力,探索知识创新服务内容,倡导以服务应用为主线、以服务学科为导向、以满足读者为宗旨的服务理念,建立和健全知识创新服务个性化新机制。

With the development of computer science and the leap of network communication technology, data science came into being. In the face of complicated data and information, without artificial intelligence, people will be helpless. In the context of big data, libraries are also facing the challenges of new technologies and new skills. As a document information center, libraries will no longer only be repositories of documents and information resources, but should conform to the trend, give play to resource advantages, and take up the responsibility of library intelligence services. That is, our idea should be converted to knowledge innovation services. Starting from the library of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current problems and current situation of knowledge innovation service in combination with scientific and technological means and techniques, and puts forward that the knowledge innovation service of higher vocational colleges should strengthen the literacy and ability of librarians and explore the content of knowledge innovation service. We should advocate service application as the main line, service discipline as the guiding principle, set up and improve the new personalized mechanism of knowledge innovation service.
