摘要
基于职业生涯规划,针对大一新生职业规划现状与存在的问题,通过全成员全过程全方位的职业规划教育指导管理模式,主动树立职业规划意识并制定职业生涯规划,同时跟踪与评价规划实施效果,促使学生端正学风完成学业,形成以职业规划为目标的大一新生管理方法.
This paper attempts to help freshmen complete their education with a good style of study through implementing an all-rounded guidance and management mode of career planning which is attended by all members of the whole process.That will urge students to make a career plan,then record the realization of the plan and provide comments.Based on career planning,this paper intends to search for an innovate approach to the education management for freshmen in university in order to cultivate qualified college students in new era.
