商务英语人才培养工作离不开优秀的商务英语专业教师队伍作为支撑,而商务英语专业教师队伍所具有的专业素养与教学能力,则是影响商务英语教学成效的关键因素,为此,关注商务英语专业教师队伍建设、推动商务英语专业教师队伍实现专业化发展,是高校商务英语专业建设中需要重点关注的内容.文章以提升商务英语专业教师队伍建设工作成效为出发点,从商务英语专业教师"双师型"素养的提升与商务英语专业教师校本培训工作的开展两个层面,对商务英语专业教师队伍建设策略进行了研究与探讨.

Business English talent training excellent business English professional teachers team belongs to the work as the support,and business English professional teachers with the professional and teaching ability,are the key factors influencing the business English teaching effectiveness,therefore,focus on business English professional teachers team construction,promote the business English professional teachers achieve professional development,is the construction of business English major education in colleges and universities need to focus on content.Starting from the improvement of the effectiveness of the construction of business English professional teachers,this paper studies and discusses the construction strategy of business English professional teachers from the two aspects of the improvement of the "double professional" quality of business English professional teachers and the development of school-based training of business English professional teachers.
